Since I do not yet suffer from perimenopause or menopause, I gave the products I couldn’t use to family members. Of the ones I could use (the Wild Yam Cream, Wild Yam Extra Strength Gel, Vaginal Gel, and Equigest), I used mainly the Equigest so I could see how well it works (saving the others to use later).
To use this cream, you alternate rubbing it on your belly or the soft, inner part of your thighs. It absorbs into your blood stream and works its magic! For me personally, it worked great! I didn’t have problems with fatigue or mood swings while using this product!
I also used the Wild Yam Vaginal Gel during those days before my monthly friend. And it worked, that’s all I’ll share with you!
