Menu Plan Monday #18
Welcome to this week’s Menu Plan Monday! I did in fact take a break from doing menu plans because, well, I have all-day (as opposed to just morning) sickness. But lately (after the chaotic quest for "What’s for dinner?" and no meat thawed) I’ve come to realize that this actually makes it MORE important to have menu plans. Because when everything looks and sounds gross, I still have my husband and toddler to cook for, plus I should probably eat myself (it’s kinda good for the unborn baby, and, I suppose, for my pregnant self) so it is a definite assistant.
I have also discovered, now that our family is expanding, it is helpful to plan breakfast and lunch as well. This week’s Menu Plan Monday is linked up on OrgJunkie.com.
