When We Go Live

When this event goes live, here’s what I’ll be doing behind scenes:

  • {Actually before the event starts if possible} I’ll update each blog’s link in the linky so that it leads directly to that blog’s participating giveaway post (hence the necessity for reporting). Hopefully, all of this will be done before the event starts to make it easier for entrants (and less stressful for me).
  • During the morning of the first day of the event (typically around 11 AM EST), I’ll be visiting each blog to make sure their giveaway is up, running, and abiding by the rules. If not, I will mark that link “No Giveaway” and send the owner a friendly reminder.
  • If late blogs have not posted their giveaway by the second day of the event, their link will be removed completely. If they do get their giveaway up before the end of the event, I will put their link back on the linky.
  • If a blog remains delinquent or the owner was unable to participate yet does not inform me of this fact, their blog is subject to be blacklisted from future Measuring Flower Events.
