My Menu Plan Week of 12/30/13 {THM Approved}

Here goes yet another week of the Trim Healthy Mama weight loss plan! I’m down 40 pounds now! Check out our THM approved menu plan (and in case you’re wondering, yes, there will be plenty of THM snacks and desserts surrounding these meals).

Monday

Tuesday

  • Breakfast
    • cheese omelet {S}
    • scrambled eggs with cheese for the boys
  • Lunch
    • leftovers {S}
  • Dinner
    • hearty venison steak fajitas (filled with lots of meat and veggies) {S}

Wednesday

  • Breakfast
    • cheese omelet {S}
    • homemade waffles for the boys
  • Lunch
    • leftovers {S}
  • Dinner
    • ham hock and black bean soup (will make the broth first then chilld it to skim the fat to make it an E, thanks to my fellow Trim Healthy Mama Dawn for this tip) {E}
    • side salad {FP}

Thursday

Friday

  • Breakfast
    • Fat Stripping Frappa (page 240 in the book) {FP}
    • fried eggs with nutritional yeast for the boys
  • Lunch
  • Dinner

Saturday

  • Breakfast
    • Fat Stripping Frappa {page 240 in the book} {FP}
    • eggs for my hubby and boys
  • Lunch
    • leftovers {E}
  • Dinner

Sunday

  • Breakfast
    • Fat Stripping Frappa {page 240 in the book} {FP}
    • goodies provided at church for my hubby and boys
  • Lunch
  • Dinner
    • burgers on the grill (no buns for me) {S}
    • side salad with homemade ranch {S}
