By leaving a comment, performing entries, or participating in any other way to enter in any giveaway that MeasuringFlower.com holds, you are agreeing to the following terms. These terms are effective beginning 11 November 2010.

1. Any item being given away based on chance (i.e. random selection) on MeasuringFlower.com is a sweepstakes; however, for clarity to others, they will be entitled and referred to as “giveaways.”
2. TJ, Tiffany, and MeasuringFlower.com are not responsible for any lost, stolen, damaged, or undelivered items.
3. TJ, Tiffany, and MeasuringFlower.com are not official representative(s) of the companies for which the giveaways come from.
4. Winner cannot return a giveaway to TJ, Tiffany, or to MeasuringFlower.com. If winner has any issues with their prize (including damage or no delivery), they may contact the company that sponsored the giveaway as they deem necessary.
5. Most giveaways are run utilizing Rafflecopter forms.
6. All winners in a giveaway are selected using Random.org (usually through Rafflecopter) unless otherwise noted.
7. Odds of winning any MeasuringFlower.com giveaway are based on number of entries.
8. In abidance with law, giveaways run solely by MeasuringFlower.com are open only to United States residents 18 years or older.
9. To participate in any MeasuringFlower.com giveaway, no purchase is necessary.
10. TJ and MeasuringFlower.com reserve the right to dismiss any entry for any reason. Please read the rules and terms/conditions (usually within the Rafflecopter form) on each post.
11. All giveaway items coming from TJ’s or Tiffany’s home will be mailed as soon as possible after receiving the winner’s address. For these and sponsored giveaways, please allow up to 6 weeks for your prize to arrive.
12. Once a giveaway is over, winner will be contacted via email to obtain the best possible address (and possibly phone number) to mail their prize. Entrants should regularly check their spam in case the email was sent there. The email will be coming from the MeasuringFlower.com domain.
13. TJ and MeasuringFlower.com retain the right to display the name the winner has entered the giveaway with to announce them as the winner. Winners’ names are typically displayed in the giveaway post once the giveaway has expired and on the Winner’s Wall.
14. After being contacted for their mailing information, the winner is REQUIRED to respond within 48 business hours from the end of the giveaway period. If winner does not respond by this deadline, then the giveaway will be given to an alternate winner selected by Random.org and the original winner shall not receive their prize.
15. Winner is responsible for knowing and understanding their individual state and/or federal laws regarding high-dollar value giveaway prizes as they may need to report their winning(s) as taxable income.
16. For the entrants’ privacy, it is recommended that entrants do not publicly post their email address or any other private information in their comment(s). Filling in their email address in the email field (either on the Rafflecopter form or the email field in the comment section) does not publicly display the email address; filling it in the actual comment field does. TJ, Tiffany, and MeasuringFlower.com are not responsible for what happens to any entrant’s email address or private information if they choose to publicly display it in a comment.
17. TJ, Tiffany, and MeasuringFlower.com will never sell or misuse any entrant’s email, name, mailing address, phone number, or any other information. The winner’s name, mailing address, and possibly phone number will be acquired (winner will be contacted via email for this info) only for shipment of the giveaway.
18. Winner’s name, mailing address, phone number (where applicable), and email will be passed on to the sponsor of the giveaway so they can mail their prize. Since only trusted companies are selected to sponsor giveaways, the winner’s information should be kept safe. However, if the winner has a problem concerning misuse of their information, please contact the sponsor of the giveaway.
19. Facebook is in no way affiliated with this website, the sponsors, or any MeasuringFlower.com giveaway. All Facebook guidelines are abided by in every MeasuringFlower.com giveaway.
20. All FTC guidelines for bloggers are abided by in every MeasuringFlower.com promotion.
21. All MeasuringFlower.com giveaways are void where prohibited by law.

By participating in any linky party hosted by TJ or MeasuringFlower.com, you are agreeing to the following terms. These terms are effective beginning 17 January 2011.

1. TJ and MeasuringFlower.com retain the right to delete a link to a participant’s post/website at any time for any reason. Reasons for this include (but are not restricted to): violation of these terms, posting/linking to offensive material, not linking back to MeasuringFlower.com (or otherwise disobeying rules as stated in the linky post), or posting/linking something unrelated to the linky party topic.
2. Participants may not link to any post, blog, or website that contains any offensive material. All material must be family-friendly (rated G).
3. The banners or artwork for any Measuring Flower linky lists are TJ’s own original artwork or used with permission and are copyrighted traits of MeasuringFlower.com. Copying and pasting or displaying these images for anything outside of their intended purpose is a violation of these terms and the copyright.

By participating in any event hosted or co-hosted by Measuring Flower, you are agreeing to the following terms. These terms are effective beginning 20 January 2011.

1. Upon signing up for an event, participants are agreeing to abide by all the rules and terms of that event including, but not limited to, posting on time, obtaining sponsor(s) where applicable, making payment(s) where applicable, and notifying TJ if it turns out they are unable to participate.
2. When signing up for an event, participants are giving TJ permission to track any event-related emails to ensure their successful delivery and to ensure they have been read.
3. Failure to participate within the event’s perimeters makes that participant subject to be blacklisted temporarily or permanently from future Measuring Flower events.
4. Giveaways being run in participation of a Measuring Flower hosted or co-hosted giveaway hop are required to abide by all legal (national, state, province, local, etc.) requirements and any social networks or website rules or guidelines.
