{Friday’s Fancies} 150

Affiliate Disclosure

This week’s Friday’s Fancies’ theme is in celebration of the 150th edition of Friday’s Fancies! That’s just about three years!

If you are unfamiliar with Friday’s Fancies, it’s a really neat blog hop hosted by Alison of Long Distance Loving. Each week, Alison comes up with a theme and other bloggers put together a fashion ensemble surrounding that theme. I really like participating because it hones my creativity and matching skills–plus, it’s just really fun!

Lavender and Gray

.

Since we’re having a virtual party in celebration of Friday’s Fancies’ 150th edition, I decided to put together a party outfit. This outfit is intended to be comfy and just a notch up from casual. It features some comfy yet neat-looking jean, an adorable gray top (I’m working hard to lose weight so I can one day look decent in something like this in real life!), and some heels which, to be honest, I would never in a million years really wear (yeah, they’d make me look a lot taller, but, oy would they ever hurt, not be very good for my posture let alone my bulging disc, and I’d most likely break a leg in them–but they do look good with the ensemble!). To make the outfit seasonally appropriate, I added a black leather jacket. Then, to accessorize, there’s a gorgeous Coach handbag (which I will never, ever own–it costs $358!!!), a set of lovely bangles, a simple necklace, and a couple pairs of cute earrings (my ears are double pierced; I also have a third piercing on my upper left ear, but failed to include an earring for that). I also included some really purdy light purple nail polish (which, actually, I’d probably find its equivalent from Couture Gel Nail Polish because I love my LED gel nail polish kit!)

To see more of my style, follow me on Polyvore and Pinterest.

I LOVE IT!!! I really do I just hope that the top will look good on me I’m what you would say large breasted lady. Some tops like this don’t look that good on me as well with a smaller breasted lady.
