Tidy Books was founded in 2004 after Geraldine Grandidier designed a clever, convenient bookcase for her young daughter.
Today, besides offering children’s bookcases, Tidy Books also offers a variety of other products that are intended to help children read or keep the family organized.
Tidy Books sent us their ForgetMeNot Family Organizer to review.
Installing the family organizer was very easy. It came with four philips head screws and four drywall anchors. No assembly was required because the organizer can already assembled. I simply drilled four holes in the wall, hammered in the anchors, placed the organizer, then drilled in the screws. Easy peasy!
The organizer has a handy tray toward the bottom where dry erase markers (including the one it came with), a dry eraser, and various other items can be stowed.
The organizer also has pegs upon which to hang items.
The dry erase board is also magnetic and came with these three colorful, wooden magnets.
I love how easy the organizer is to “install.” I also greatly appreciate all of its features, from the tray and the pegs to the dry erase surface and the magnets. We have found it most helpful for writing down what’s on the menu each week or what’s needed at the grocery store. It’s also handy for sticking up notes or reminders. The pegs are helpful for stowing items like my purse, the boys’ backpacks, the remote for our Click ‘n’ Dig Item Finder, and more. It has most definitely helped our family get organized!
